About Artist

The Olivia by Marina Walsh

iBi Art is proud to have worked with Marina Walsh on a year long project to create a beautiful African sculpture, The Olivia, for the Fetal Medicine Research Institute at Kings College London Hospital, on behalf of Professor Kypros Nicolaides, Founder of The Fetal Medicine Foundation.

The sculpture was commissioned to commemorate African Maternal and Perinatal Health. Dr Olivia Barigye was a great part of this wonderful project and, in collaboration with Professor Kypros Nicolaides, continues to assist doctors in Africa with this cause and in the prevention of African Maternal and Perinatal Mortality.
